Yes, I accept returns within 7 days for defective and non-defective products

 
Return method is only by mail (via trackable courier) only. and return courier is customer responsibility. No return label will be provided from my end.

I Refund within 3 working days after return back & inspect and approved by my team. if item not as per return policy then we ship it back to customer and customer should pay shipping charges.
 

 
Parcel Inspection

Do not accept parcels that appear tampered with or open. Always make a video while opening the parcel and the inner box without a video, no replacement will be granted. This is crucial for us to addess any potential theft with the courier service.

Is Delivery free?
Yes, We offer free delivery on all orders.

How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days. However, there may be minor delays during Festivals or special sales. Delivery time usually ranges between 2 – 4 days, but may take up to 7 days for remote locations.

What if I purchased a wrong product and want replacement or exchange?

Please contact our support and inform them about the same within 24 hours. However, you are required to pay any cost gap and applicable shipping charges of both sides. Please also not that in such cases, you are required to purchase a new product of equal or higher value only.

To be eligible for this, the product should be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with the tags, in its original packaging and protective film should not be removed.

Without an unboxing video, we can’t entertain your claim.

Do you ship items internationally?
No, we are currently delivering in India only. 

What are your business days?
We operate between 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays (between Monday to Friday). However, you won’t be able to reach us during festivals and on public holidays.

Where do the products come from?
We operate out of Jaipur. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur.

Can I get refund for delayed delivery?
We are not responsible for delay in delivery, and thus, there’ll be no  refunds due to delays in delivery beyond the estimated delivery date. All orders that have been picked up and are in transit, can be cancelled if you don’t accept delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
For orders that haven’t been shipped, you can get a full refund ( for prepaid orders ), no questions asked. Contact us to cancel the order. However, orders are usually picked up in the afternoon and are updated on the dashboard only by the end of the day. 
***Products ordered during sales and discounts cannot be cancelled.

 What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

We recommend inspecting the product upon delivery and connect with our customer service team immediately if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or doesn’t match what you ordered online.

To be eligible for this, the product should be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with the tags, in its original packaging and protective film should not be removed.

If the replacement is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Upon receiving it the product, our team will check if it’s really unused and will ship the replacement.

Note:

The customer will not be eligible for exchange/replacement in the following conditions:

  • Don’t have Order ID & Invoice
  • Purchased from local store or other website
  • Don’t have unboxing video of package delivered to you
  • Used product or protective film is missing from the products in reverse pickup. 
  • Didn’t file a complaint within 24 hours from delivery date
