Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If you receive a “Order Dispatched” notification, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 3 business days after cancellation approval.

For Cash on Delivery Orders: No refund is required. The order will simply be cancelled.
Important Notes

Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If cancellation is denied due to late request, the order will proceed as scheduled.
