Refund policy

We only accept returns when the product has arrived damaged from our side or has been damaged during shipping.

If your mood changes or you don’t like the color then there will be no return.

Please pay attention before ordering.

You will have to provide the unboxing video of the product only then we can talk about return, exchange or refund.

Not Returnable Product : tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector and all items sold in offers above 60%.

RETURN REQUEST TIME : 48 HOURS AFTER ORDER DELIVERING.

• The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
• The product should not be used.
• The protective film should not be removed.
• Order ID & Invoice should be available.
• Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
• Refund amount will be transferred within 2 to 3 days after clearing the quality check process.
• Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on “Sale” or sold as a “BOGO” offer.

Note: The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

• Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
• Not same as Advertised.
• Purchased from local store or other website.
